It’s a place where you can not only discover the homes for sale in an area you might want to call home Thanks to reviews, is also a great way for you to find a Realtor in your area of interest with the experience level and reputation you desire.
It’s like a big search engine for Realtors, allowing you to make a more informed decision about who you should work with to buy or sell your home.

How to Write a Zillow Review for Your Realtor (& Win a $20 Gift Card!)
Step 1: Login to your Zillow account.
If you don’t have one, set up one up by clicking on the button that says JOIN in the far right corner.
Step 2: Go to your agent’s profile.
You can access that by clicking on the button at the top that says AGENT FINDER. To make it easy for you, here is Troyce’s: Troyce Gatewood on Zillow.
Step 3: Click on the number of reviews your agent has.
This will take you to another screen where you will see a button that says, “Write a Review.” Click on it.
Step 4: Rate your Realtor.
You will be asked how likely you are to recommend your Realtor using a 5-star system (1-Not at All to 5-Heck yes!). You will also be asked to use the 5-star system to rate your Realtor on 4 other factors including local knowledge, process expertise, responsiveness, and negotiation skills.
Step 5: Leave a detailed review.
After you rate your Realtor, you will be asked to describe your experience with your Realtor. Write a detailed comment that explains why you rated them the way you did. It doesn’t have to be long, just informative. Here are some great examples from some of Troyce’s clients in case you need some inspiration…

Step 6: Add some basic info.
After you write your review, you will need to certify that what you’ve said is true, and then there will be some basic informational questions to answer. This part is super fast and easy.
Step 7: Hit submit.
